Zeno Popovici
Zeno co-founded Short and runs the studio as Managing Partner, holding the commercial and strategic side of the business. He sets the direction for how the team partners with clients, the quality bar for the work that leaves the studio, and the long-running relationships that have anchored growth.
Outside of client work, Zeno invests in the next generation of engineers — teaching Web Development at Universitatea "Lucian Blaga" din Sibiu, running workshops, and mentoring students who are bridging the gap between university and industry.

Nick Ciolpan
Nick co-founded Short and leads the technical side of the studio. He owns the engineering bar across client engagements, sets the architectural direction for long-running platforms, and pairs deep hands-on execution with the client-facing leadership that keeps multi-year partnerships on course.
He represents Short in the wider tech community — moderating the AI Stage at DevTalks Romania, speaking at industry events, and writing on engineering, product, and the realities of building software.
